Actor comfort
Different types and shapes of inside foam make them lightweight.  Fabric choices are made to look good, but also to be comfortable and breathable.

Sound
A slightly dropped neckline allows for the microphone. Mic pack pockets can be added to the inside of the vest. If possible, soft fabrics are used to avoid scratching.

Aesthetics
Even though it’s a functional garment, it needs to look good.  By matching the style of the show or tailoring the cut to an actor, we make vests look the way you want them.
